CSR Management
The Company has constituted a CSR Committee of the Board, comprising three Directors, including an Independent Director, to oversee its CSR initiatives. The Committee formulates the CSR policy, reviews progress periodically, and ensures effective implementation.
A structured approval process is followed for all projects, with each initiative evaluated by the Committee. CSR programs are implemented either directly or through credible NGOs, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and lasting impact.
CSR Projects
Artificial Limbs Distribution - Restoring Mobility, Rebuilding Lives
Mobility is fundamental to independence and dignity. This initiative focuses on empowering individuals with disabilities by improving their access to assistive support.
Through this initiative, 100 individuals received mobility aids and corrective support, enabling them to lead more independent and dignified lives.
Providing hospice care to terminally ill patients for bridging barriers in pain relief and palliative expertise
Access to quality palliative care remains a critical need for individuals facing life-limiting illnesses. This project is designed to bridge gaps in pain management and end-of-life support through specialized hospice services.
Through this initiative, Sparsh Hospice, a unit of Rotary Club of India, delivers compassionate medical care alongside emotional and psychological support, ensuring patients experience dignity, comfort, and peace. By adopting a holistic care approach, it addresses not only physical symptoms but also the emotional well-being of patients and their families.
Integrated Cow Welfare Project: Adoption, Care for 250 Rescued Cows
Abandoned and vulnerable cattle often face severe challenges related to survival and care. This initiative responds to that need by enabling structured adoption and sustained welfare support. Yash Resources Recycling Limited has supported a meaningful animal welfare initiative focused on the rescue, adoption, and long-term care of abandoned and vulnerable cattle.
Under this initiative, 250 rescued cows (gauvansh) have been adopted for the financial year 2025–26, ensuring sustained support for their shelter, nutrition, and medical care. The project promotes animal well-being while encouraging compassionate and responsible community engagement.
National Contribution
The Company also contributed to national relief efforts through donations to the PM CARES Fund and PM National Relief Fund, supporting the country during challenging times
